Vertex Arrows Realtors Inc. ("we," "our," or "us") operates the RealtorConnect mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our App.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. RealtorConnect is designed as a privacy-first, offline-first application that stores all your data locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or have access to your personal information.

Information We Do Not Collect

RealtorConnect is designed with your privacy in mind. We want to be clear about what we do NOT collect:

• Personal Information: We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal identifiers.
• Contact Data: Your contacts and speed dial entries are stored only on your device. We never have access to this information.
• Message Content: Your snippets, templates, and message content remain entirely on your device.
• Usage Data: We do not track how you use the app, which features you access, or your usage patterns.
• Location Data: We do not collect or track your location.
• Device Information: We do not collect device identifiers, IP addresses, or technical information about your device.
• Analytics: We do not use any third-party analytics services that would track your behavior.

Data Storage

All data you create within RealtorConnect — including contacts, speed dial entries, snippets, tags, and settings — is stored locally on your device. This means:

• Your data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to back it up
• We cannot access, view, or retrieve your data
• Your data remains private and under your complete control
• If you uninstall the app, your locally stored data will be deleted from your device

Optional Cloud Backup

RealtorConnect offers optional, voluntary cloud backup functionality through Apple iCloud (for iOS users) or Google Drive (for Android users). This feature is:

• Completely Optional: You are not required to enable cloud backup. The app functions fully without it.
• User-Initiated: Backup only occurs when you explicitly enable and trigger it.
• Stored in Your Account: Backup data is stored in YOUR personal iCloud or Google Drive account, not on our servers.
• Managed by Apple/Google: The backup data is subject to Apple's or Google's respective privacy policies and security measures.
• Not Accessible to Us: We do not have access to your backup files stored in iCloud or Google Drive.

Device Permissions

RealtorConnect may request the following device permissions to function properly:

You can deny any permission and the app will continue to function, though some features may be limited. You can change permission settings at any time through your device's settings.

Third-Party Services

RealtorConnect integrates with third-party communication platforms to enable speed dial functionality:

• Phone App: Uses your device's native phone dialer
• WhatsApp: Opens WhatsApp using standard deep links
• Facebook Messenger: Opens Messenger using standard deep links
• Viber: Opens Viber using standard deep links
• Email: Opens your default email client

When you use these integrations, you are interacting directly with those third-party applications. Your communications through these platforms are governed by their respective privacy policies. We do not intercept, read, or store any communications you make through these services.

Data Security

Since all data is stored locally on your device:

• Your data is protected by your device's built-in security features (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID, fingerprint)
• We recommend enabling device-level security to protect your data
• The app offers optional biometric/PIN lock for additional security
• Local data is stored using industry-standard encryption practices

Children's Privacy

RealtorConnect is designed for real estate professionals and is not intended for use by children under the age of 13 (or applicable age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect any information from children. Since we do not collect any personal information from any users, this includes children.

International Users

RealtorConnect is available globally. Since we do not collect or transfer any personal data, there are no cross-border data transfers to be concerned about. Your data stays on your device in your jurisdiction.

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions with data protection laws: Since we do not collect personal data, GDPR and similar regulations regarding data collection do not apply to our practices. However, we designed RealtorConnect with these privacy principles in mind.

Your Rights and Choices

You have complete control over your data:

• Access: All your data is visible within the app at any time
• Export: You can export your contacts and data from within the app
• Delete: You can delete any or all data from within the app, or uninstall the app to remove all local data
• Backup Control: You control whether to enable or disable cloud backup
• Permissions: You can grant or revoke device permissions at any time

Since we do not collect your data, there is no data for us to provide, correct, or delete upon request.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how we are protecting your privacy. Your continued use of the App after any changes to this Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

If we make material changes that significantly affect your privacy rights, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you through the App or other means.
